Let's look at the Idol worship in Islam.
Before Muhammad worshiping only Allah, he used to made sacrifices to the pagan idols.
We can see it in Sahih al-Bukhari 3826
Now when you look at another hadith regarding Quran 2:158 in Sahih al-Bukhari 4495
Tawaf between the Safa and Marwa was a pagen practice realted to Manat (an idol) and Muhammad still allows it.
Previously the Safa and Marwa in pre-islamic period was related to the worship of the idol Manat, now it became the symbols of Allah, Sahih al-Bukhari 4496
You can also see this explained in Sira of Muhammad by Ibn Ishaq in page 39
Also, we can see that Muhammad used to worship Allah along with Qureshi and other Tribes in Kabha. When you see Quran 2:196 , during this period Kabha was not under the custody of Muslims or Muhammad.
Yusuf Ali comments: When this was revealed, the city of Mecca was in the hands of the enemies of Islam, and the regulations about the fighting and the pilgrimage came together and interconnected. But the revelation provides, as always, for the particular occasion, and also for normal conditions. Mecca soon passed out of the hands of the enemies of Islam. (Ali, Holy Quran, fn. 214, p. 78)
So most of the pagen practises were practised like kissing of Black Stone in Sahih al-Bukhari 1605 and they do Ramal (speed walking in Tawaf) along with pagans to showoff them.
You can see that Umar was relectant to kiss the black stone because he knows that it was pagan practise and only do it because Muhammad practised this pagan practise.
Umar says that this Black stone has no power to do good or bad; later in this post we will see the powers of this Black stone mentioned by Muhammad.
Let's see another hadith about this Speed walking during Tawaf to showoff pagans by Muhammad. Sunan Abi Dawud 1889
Note that Muhammad performed Tawaf while there are pagen idols present in Kabha Sahih al-Bukhari 4257 after the Al-Hudaibiya treaty.
Now we can see that Muhammad is the first one kiss this blackstone during Tawaf and he was speed walking just to showoff to pagans. Sahih al-Bukhari 1603
Now read this Muhammad pointing to the Black Stone and saying Allahu-Akbar in Sahih al-Bukhari 1632. Note that, he points towards the Black stone. He acts like the Black stone is the Allah.
We may conclude that Muhammad is a sick person that's why he Tawaf around the Ka‘bah riding a camel.
When we read Bulugh al-Maram 747 we can see that Muhammad himself prostrated before this Black Stone.
Now let's see how this stone become black and what are the powers of this stone.
We we can see the two corners means the Black Stone and the Yemeni Corner of the Ka‘bah, And Muhammad had said that touching these atones from sins.
We can see this also in Sunan an-Nasa'i 2919
We can see the power of this black stone that Umar claimed it has no power to cause harm or even benefit.
See in the Jami` at-Tirmidhi 877, we get a clear picture this stone was firstly more white than milk and it was descended from Paradise and after that it was blackened by the sins of the children of Adam.
We understood that SINS are the cause of the blackness of this Stone. And what can we say? Muhammad put these SINS of people absorbed by a stone in the Ka'bha for kissing and worshiping. Open your eyes, muslims...
Let's look at another version how this black stone become black in History of al-Tabari - Volume 1 page 303
Do you know why he has said like all these, because he was the one who placed the Black Stone in the Ka'bha built by the tribes of Quraysh.
See Ibn Ishaq's Sirat Rasul Allah - The Life of Muhammad - page 86 to know how this Black Stone was placed in Ka'bha.
Note that Muhammad is not the one insist to put this Black Stone in the Ka'bha, but he has only the role to place the Black Stone in the Ka'bha according to Quraysh tribe's desire.
Now let's see another boasting of this Black Stone by Muhammad Jami` at-Tirmidhi 961
This is stone will have two eyes and a tongue and it speaks. You know this stone will be the one who will judge you in the Day of Resurrection. This is like giving Allah all his powers.
And Muhammad did prostated to idols (al-lat,al-manath,al-uzza) for 8 years before Allah abrogated the Satanic verses in Quran. We can see that in Al-Durr Al-Manthoor by Al-Suyuti page or number: 10/514

From these we understand that Muhammad has prostratted to the idols in the Ka'bha.
Not only that Muhammad worship the idols in Kabha, he also do shirk by associating others with Allah. Muhammad say "By the Ka'bah" before a Jew pointed out his mistake Sunan an-Nasa'i 3773, after learning HIS MISTAKE, he then changed it to "By the Lord of the Ka'bha".
